Nuacht ó Scoil Náisúinta Breandán Naofa 6/6/18

  1. Cork City Sports- Well done to all our athletes who competed in the Cork City Sports on Friday last.
  2. Graduation- Graduation Mass for 6th class pupils will take place on Wednesday, June 20 in the school hall at 1.30pm.
  3. School Tours– Please return respective payments, Junior Tour €20, Senior Tour €20, by this Thursday, June 7. If you have any questions or queries regarding the tours, please contact your child’s class teacher.
  4. Millstreet Sports- Millstreet sports will take place on Monday, June 18. Details will be issued to parents early next week.
  5. Ice Cream Fun Day- Our HB Ice Cream Fun Day in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland will take place on Tuesday, June 26 at 12pm approx.
  6. Crazy Hair Non Uniform Day- A crazy hair/non uniform day will held on Friday, June 15 in aid of Crumlin Children’s Hospital. Children may wear their own clothes on the day to mark the event and may also decorate their hair with a ‘crazy’ hairstyle. All support would be greatly appreciated and pupils are encouraged to bring €2 to support the event.
  7. Rural Schools Competitions

Hurling and Camogie– Our hurling and camogie finals will take place on this Friday, June 8 in Newmarket GAA grounds. The boys take on Freemount NS in the 9 aside B Hurling final at 10.50am while our girls will play against Millstreet girls in the 7 a side Camogie final, which throws in at 12.40pm. We wish both teams the very best of luck in their respective finals
